H-9.92, KM-52, JNDA-9-73, hatchi momme at center, counterstamped kai (revised) in circle, and yu (finance) six times // yama for Yamagata Province, and yu (finance) six times, struck in 1868 to fund the Morioka clan war chest. This type was struck from silver produced from the Kosaka Mine and minted from March to August 1868 at the rate of about 150 pieces per day. This scarce type were in circulation for a very short time during the brief Boshin War.
